The location was great near many attractions. The room had a nice bathroom. It featured good value for the money. The staff was friendly.

absent housekeeping high price
The location proved acceptable. A gym was available for a swift workout.
The price was considerable. Housekeeping proved nonexistent. To obtain fresh towels, one had to proceed to reception. This is substandard.

Central Hotel with Excellent Amenities
central location spacious rooms stocked kitchen
The hotel location allowed convenient access to the city's attractions. I found the accommodation provided spacious rooms suitable for relaxation and movement. I also appreciate the variety of amenities provided for convenience and comfort. I found the fully stocked kitchen especially great for preparing meals.
I noticed the staff was not always friendly on arrival. This did diminish my initial impression of the hotel.

The hotel did include a fully stocked kitchen. It contained sufficient appliances for meal preparation and storage. The proximity to Tesco Express made grocery shopping convenient.

The luggage storage was available. Laundry facilities were accessible which allowed convenient washing. Large elevators supported easy movement of guests between floors .

The staff was helpful answering questions about local tips. They accommodated requests. They were genuinely trying to accommodate my requests.

The rooms provided were spacious and quiet. I found the beds comfortable allowing a restful experience. The kitchenette provided was a definite plus. The room had a functional and adjustable air conditioning system.

Fantastic Central Location!
equipped kitchen clean laundry friendly staff
The studio apartment was fully equipped. It featured a galley kitchen and two desks. The bathroom was AMAZING!!! I found the on-site laundry facilities very clean and easy to use. The staff were so friendly, very cute and offered helpful support .

The breakfast had many options, including gluten-free bread. I noticed the area was meticulously clean and well-kept. The dining space was bright and airy, with ample seating arrangements, too.

good location equipped kitchen reasonable price dark room broken lamp clogged sink
The location is good near the Royal Mile. The kitchen included all I needed for cooking. I found the price reasonable.
My room was dark. The stand lamp did not work. the bathroom sink clogged a lot because cleaners dont clean it.

equipped kitchen central location spacious room
the room was big enough for two people and had a kitchen it was equipped with a stove microwave fridge and basin the location is good it is in the city center. getting to the location by bus or train means walking on uneven roads so take this into account if you have heavy luggage i appreciated having a kitchen.
the bed was a sofa bed and it was uncomfortable i woke up with a very sore back every morning the room description did not mention a sofa bed.
